Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for StackPlan. If it's not useful, we'll refund you — no interrogation, no retention script.
What's covered
- Report Unlock — the $20 one-time purchase that unlocks all alternatives for a single report.
- Pro subscription — your first subscription payment only. Renewal charges after that aren't automatically refundable unless required by law.
14-day window
Request a refund within 14 days of the charge. We don't need a reason. Tell us which purchase (report unlock or Pro) and the email on your account.
How to request
Email hello@stackplan.dev from the address tied to your StackPlan account. We'll confirm when the refund is initiated. Refunds are processed through Polar (our payment provider) back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer — usually a few business days.
After a refund
Report Unlock refunds revoke access to the unlocked report content. Pro refunds cancel the subscription and revert your account to the free tier. You can always subscribe again later.
Exceptions
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while we investigate. If you believe a charge is wrong, email us — it's faster for everyone.
