Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

StackPlan is operated by Flavio Copes. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we don't run an ad network disguised as a dev tool.

What we collect

What we don't collect

We never see your payment card details. Polar is our merchant of record and handles all payment processing. We receive subscription status and purchase confirmations from Polar, not card numbers.

How we use your data

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with ad networks.

Where data lives

StackPlan runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, KV). Email goes through Resend. Payments go through Polar. Each provider processes data under their own terms; we pick vendors that keep infrastructure in sensible jurisdictions and publish their own privacy policies.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have GDPR rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. We aim to honor those requests for everyone, not just EU residents.

To delete your account and associated data, email us athello@stackplan.dev. We'll confirm once deletion is complete. Some billing records Polar is required to retain may outlive your account — that's on Polar's side, not ours.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: session auth and the anonymous session token. No consent banner for tracking because we don't track you across the web.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
